Green tea from China is the oldest brew of tea and emanates probably one of the loveliest smells in the world. One style - Long Jing (Dragon Well) dates back over 1,200 years to the city of Hangzhou, south to my hometown Shanghai, near West Lake and is arguably the oldest style of green tea that is still in production. For many years, drinking green tea is one of my daily routine.
